to come and perform for us in TX for a very special event, but they never show up., what can I do? we spend more than 40,000 to plan the event and we only made 1,500.00, out of it, people were mad, and they were asking for their money back. we almost got shot-at. what should i do?

If they signed the contract, then you should be able to sue them for breach of contract.
What any true blooded American would do...sue the hell out of the celeb for breach of contract
